Vida Verde = Green living.

By living in the Texas I thought it was only appropriate to diversify it a bit. Green living. Tired of it yet? Well, maybe. For ordinary folks like you and me, how about we just call it living? Maybe just a little more responsibly this time.

Full disclosure: I’m just an ordinary guy who still drives the majority of places I go, I still have a few good ‘ol light bulbs in my house (slowly transitioning to CFLs), and I still cringe at some of the mark-ups for organic food items at the grocery store.

Yes, I have a lot of work to be greener in life, thus the reason I thought I would use this blog to capture some of my experiences while pointing to helpful resources that I’ve found along the way to help me be a little more verde. Of course, for you readers out there, I hope you find this blog resonates with you….and perhaps we can learn a little from each other in the process. Here’s to living (or attempting to live) a verde life for us ordinary folks.
